These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of securityblogs.com.au and the services provided by SecurityBlogs (“SecurityBlogs”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using our website or services you agree to these Terms. Where they conflict with a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement prevails.
Definitions
Client — anyone who engages our services. Services — our AI visibility, SEO, content, web and digital marketing services. Deliverables — reports, content, code, recommendations and materials we produce. Engagement — a defined scope agreed in a proposal or statement of work.
Use of our services
Use the website and services only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.
Accounts
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account, and must notify us of any unauthorised use.
Engagements & payments
Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are set out in your proposal or statement of work. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST where relevant); invoices are typically payable within 14 days; retainers are billed in advance; we may suspend services for unpaid invoices; paid fees are non-refundable except as agreed or required by law.
Intellectual property
Website content is owned by or licensed to us. Ownership of Deliverables transfers to the Client on full payment, unless otherwise agreed; we retain our pre-existing tools, methodologies and know-how.
Disclaimers
Services are provided on a best-efforts basis. Rankings and AI visibility depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific rankings, traffic, AI-answer placement, leads or revenue. The website and services are provided “as is” without warranties except where they cannot be excluded by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination & governing law
Either party may terminate per the notice provisions in the applicable proposal. These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, with the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
